Alford.
I built Generation One because dental practices do not need another dashboard. They need intelligence that understands the pressure behind the numbers—and helps people change what happens next.
01 / Built from inside dentistry
“I didn’t build G1 from the outside looking in. I built it from years of standing inside the pressure.”
I have worked alongside dental teams as an operator, practice leader, and treatment coordinator. I know the overwhelmed administrator, the hesitant patient, and the dentist carrying both clinical responsibility and the weight of a business.
My background in business and marriage and family therapy taught me to look beyond the metric. Performance is shaped by systems, communication, emotional climate, and whether people understand what is expected of them.
Generation One encodes that lived experience into a new kind of dental intelligence—one grounded in curiosity, accountability, clear action, and respect for the human being behind every result.
